Please read these Account Disclosures carefully. These terms apply to your Deposit Account provided by Bangor Savings Bank in connection with SoLo Funds, Inc, a Certified Benefit Corporation. Capitalized terms not defined in these Account Disclosures shall have meanings set forth in the Deposit Account Agreement and Debit Card Agreement.<\/p>\n

TRUTH IN SAVINGS DISCLOSURES<\/p>\n

    There is no minimum balance to open your Account, maintain your Account, avoid the imposition of fees or obtain the disclosed interest rate and APY.<\/p>\n

    Account access and transactions are only made available to you on the SoLo Fund\u2019s mobile application or SoLo Fund\u2019s website. Deposits and withdrawals can be made from your SoLo account as detailed further below. ATM withdrawals and Debit card purchases can be made only if you have been issued the access device on your Account. You may not make transactions, view information, or access the funds in your Account using services such as Bangor Online, Bangor Mobile, Telephone Banking, or any services available within each of these platforms. You may not make transactions or access your Account using Bangor Savings Bank\u2019s branches.<\/p>\n

    This section outlines the types of transactions you can perform with your SoLo account, as well as those that are not supported.<\/p>\n

    Transactions You CAN Engage In:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Debit Card Based Transfers:<\/b> You can use your debit card to initiate transfers of funds both into and out of your account from or to accounts at other financial institutions that support debit card fund transfers.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Debit Card Purchases:<\/b> You can use your SoLo Debit Card for purchases at merchants wherever Mastercard is accepted. This includes the ability to receive cash back at participating merchant locations during a purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • ATM Withdrawals:<\/b> You can withdraw cash from your account at ATMs. Applicable ATM fees may apply.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Withdrawals via Recurring Payments:<\/b> You can authorize merchants or service providers to make recurring withdrawals directly from your account (e.g., for utility bills, subscriptions).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Sending Payments via Digital Wallets:<\/b> You can link your account to popular digital wallet services (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) to send payments or make purchases.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Transfers by ACH (Automated Clearing House):<\/b> You can send and receive funds to and from other financial institutions via the ACH network.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Transactions You CANNOT Engage In:<\/b><\/p>\n

      • Check Deposits:<\/b> This account does not support deposits made by paper check, including mobile check deposits.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Wire Transfers:<\/b> This account does not support incoming or outgoing wire transfers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
