SoLo<\/span> has relationships with certain service providers in order to provide its services to you. <\/span>SoLo<\/span> has contracted for deposit banking account services from Bangor Savings Bank, Member FDIC. FDIC insurance coverage protects against the failure of an FDIC insured depository institution. Pass-through FDIC insurance coverage is subject to certain conditions. The SoLo Funds Mastercard\u00ae Debit Card is issued by Bangor Savings Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard is a registered trademark, and the circle design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. SoLo also partners with Plaid, who conducts \u201cKnow Your Customer\u201d verification and anti-money laundering requirements. For purposes of satisfying \u201cKnow Your Customer\u201d requirements, <\/span>Plaid will obtain<\/span> identifying information, such as your name, email address, tax identification number, address, telephone number, date of birth, and information on your driver\u2019s license or government-issued identification number or card. <\/span>SoLo also partners with Astra to allow linkage to and storage of your external bank accounts for money movement purposes. Treasury Prime acts as the Banking as a Service provider between SoLo and Bangor Savings Bank and, consequently, will have access to the same personal information as Bangor Savings Bank. <\/span>As these companies are accessing your personal information, you will be subject to their privacy policies as well, which can be found <\/span>here<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: By creating a Profile, you are consenting to this Privacy Policy, meaning you give us permission to use your data as described herein. Although your consent is voluntary, without it, we will not be able to provide you with access to the Platform.<\/b><\/p>\n

(I) <\/span>Information You Provide:<\/span><\/i> To use SoLo\u2019s website [<\/span>solofunds.com<\/span><\/a>], artificial intelligence chatbot, or application (collectively, the \u201c<\/span>Platform<\/b>\u201c), whether as a prospective borrower or a prospective lender, you will be required to create a user profile (a \u201c<\/span>Profile\u201d<\/b>).This will include furnishing personal information, which may include your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number and Social Security Number.\u00a0 If you are interested in funding or obtaining a loan, you may also be required to provide additional financial information, which may include income, employment, and bank account information. To verify your identity and the information that you have provided, you may also be asked to scan and upload images of certain documents, including your driver\u2019s license or other forms of identification.<\/span><\/p>\n

(II) <\/span>Information from Third Parties:<\/span><\/i> Third parties, such as credit bureaus and social media platforms, may provide us with information related to you. We may combine this information with information we already have about you to assist prospective lenders in evaluating your loan request or for similar purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

(III) <\/span>Information from Your Use of the Platform:<\/span><\/i> We may collect additional behavioral information based on your use of the Platform. This may include information regarding the performance of loans you obtain on the Platform, as well as history of Applications or Loan offers, and more general information such as device information and log-in information. SoLo uses cookies when you access your Profile to keep track of your session, authenticate your account, and detect fraud. You can control the use of cookies within your web browser; however, if you reject cookies, your ability to use some features or areas of the Platform may be limited.<\/span><\/p>\n

(IV)<\/span> Mobile analytics<\/span><\/i>. We use mobile analytics software which allows us to better understand the functionality of the Platform on your device. This software may record information such as how, when and where you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and how the application was downloaded, such as your internet protocol addresses, browser type, internet service provider, location, date\/time stamp, referring\/exit pages, and information about clicks and taps.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How Long We Retain Information We Collect.<\/b> We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations and our backup, archival, and audit procedures. In the event you request to delete your account, SoLo is required to comply with state and federal laws regarding record retention.<\/span><\/p>\n
