As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on our journey and express our heartfelt gratitude. Together, we overcame significant challenges, celebrated milestones, and strengthened the trust that binds us as a community.<\/p>\n
2024 brought both hurdles and triumphs. During this year, we navigated complex technical migrations and adapted to shifting industry landscapes to ensure your funds remained secure. We fully recovered and migrated user funds in the wake of disruptions, reaffirming our commitment to your financial well-being. This year alone, hundreds of thousands of loans were funded through the platform, providing critical support to individuals and families when they needed it most.<\/p>\n
In collaboration with regulators and policymakers, we have taken meaningful steps to broaden access to affordable lending. Our congressional letter of support highlights our dedication to driving innovative financial solutions. By working with community-focused organizations and fostering partnerships, we remain steadfast in our mission to build a more inclusive and equitable financial system.<\/p>\n
Looking ahead to 2025, we\u2019re excited about the release of the Cash Poor Report in January. This report will highlight the pressing financial challenges faced by underserved communities and illustrate how SoLo is uniquely positioned to provide effective solutions. By shedding light on these issues, we aim to spark meaningful conversations and drive collective action.<\/p>\n
In addition to the Cash Poor Report, we\u2019re preparing to roll out enhanced services that reflect your needs and aspirations. These include new banking tools designed to help users improve their credit, global expansion initiatives to bring SoLo to more communities worldwide, and a planned return to several states with an even greater range of offerings.<\/p>\n
